Maria Fiorenza Verde was born in Bosco Marengo (Italy - AL). In Torino (Italy) she graduated from the Faculty of Education, and in the same city she taught Humanities in the Middle School.  In the course of time she developed her passion for poetry and participated in several competitions obtaining prizes and awards. During the period of teaching she had the opportunity to personally know Aeronwy Thomas, the daughter of the poet Dylan, poet herself and excellent connoisseur of the Italian language, who appreciated and translated into English some of the poems of Maria Fiorenza.

Khosiyat Rustamova (Uzbekistan) was born  in the village of Olmos in the Chust district of Namangan Province. She studied at the Journalism Faculty of the National University of Uzbekistan (1988-1993) and at the University of Higher Literature (2001-2004). She has been serving as editor-in-chief of the World of the Book newspaper since 2015. Her books have  been published in Kazakhstan, Columbia, Russia, USA and other countries in Kazakh, Spanish, Russian, English, German and other languages.
